Using frog's proven design research methods, I combine qualitative and quantitative analysis with market research to create actionable, insights-based strategies that push our clients to solve users' needs in novel and transformative ways.

Access to technology is rarer in the remote corners of the world, but it can still be a powerful tool in the fight against global poverty. I learned that solutions must be human-centered - built from the ground up with the unique needs of the poor at top of mind, always.
