Before you can solve a problem, you must deeply understand it, so I always begin by listening to and learning from others. I am just as comfortable collecting insights through unstructured conversations as I am through lengthy surveys.

Information doesn’t arrive in order, so I untangle insights with keen analysis. Post-Its and Sharpies come in handy just as often as datasets and Excel.

I can’t succeed until I try, and actions speak louder than words. I have a bias towards acting and doing rather than waiting and thinking.
